Dutch Helpdesk Employees needed for South Africa

What is the role?
The role is 1st line technical support. You will work usually on a dedicated client desk like a bank or Pharmaceutical company. You will provide support by phone as well as remote desktop. Some issue can be solved immediately while other issues might require help from 2nd line support or require you to simulate them in a test room before solving the issue.
Who is our client?
Our client is a leading brand name that everyone probably has used at some stage. They are one of the largest IT companies worldwide and have operations in pretty much every country. They have an EMEA support centre in South Africa from where they support Global key accounts.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who want to work and live in South Africa for 1 to 2 years and work in IT support. Experience in this specific area is not required, an interest in IT and willingness to learn however a must have. You have excellent phone manners, previous experience providing top of the range customer service and like working in a dynamic environment. Furthermore you are willing to work a weekend or night shift if needed. You must speak Fluent Dutch.
Where is the role based?
The role is based in Johannesburg South Africa, Sun, Tigers, Lions and other wild animals what more do you want us to say?
When is the start-date?
We are looking for someone to start in August or September.
How does the interview process work?
The company will conduct a tech test and interview by phone and are offering relocation packages to candidates The package includes a flight to South Africa, the cost of arranging all paperwork (will take 6 to 8 weeks depending on how quick everything goes) and local assistance with finding a house.
